Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the degree of practicing distributed leadership by principals of Arab Schools in the northern district within the green line from teachers point of view, and to know the impact of variables (sex, educational qualification, number of years of experience) at that degree, a descriptive survey approach was used, a questionnaire was also used as a tool to collect the necessary data to achieve the objectives of the study, the study sample consisted of (385) teachers, selected by a simple random method, the results of the study showed that the degree of practicing distributed leadership by principals of Arab Schools in the northern district within the green line from teacher's point of view was high, the results, further, indicated that there were no significant statistical differences at (α=0.05) in sample's estimates of the degree of practicing distributed leadership by principals due to (sex, educational qualification, number of years of experience) variables.
