The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological security and life satisfaction among older adults affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study employed a descriptive correlational design, and the population consisted of older adults benefiting from the services of the Ministry of Social Development. The Psychological Security Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale were used. The results revealed a positive correlation between psychological security and life satisfaction among older adults, indicating that as the level of psychological security increases, life satisfaction also increases, and vice versa. Moreover, the levels of psychological security and life satisfaction among older adults were generally high. The study recommends enhancing psychological and social programs provided to older adults to improve their psychological security and increase their life satisfaction.
