Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the impact of the “Beati Al Ajmal” project on the school environment and students’ behaviors. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative designs, using questionnaires and interviews. The sample consisted of 27 schools representing primary and secondary stages across different geographic provinces. Results indicated a statistically significant positive impact of the project on both school environment and students’ behaviors from the perspectives of teachers and students. However, no significant differences were found from students’ perspective based on school stage, while teachers’ responses showed significant differences favoring primary schools. No significant differences were found from teachers’ perspective based on geographic location. In contrast, students’ responses showed differences favoring the northern region in behaviors and the northern and central regions in school environment. Qualitative findings confirmed improved student behavior, enhanced adherence to school rules, strengthened community partnerships, and improved coordination and shared vision across schools.
